At Fun World Shop, we want you to be completely thrilled with your costume purchase! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure your magical experience continues.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Sexy Costumes and certain intimate apparel items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items are specifically designed for close-fitting wear and cannot be resold once returned for non-defect reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely and include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in our email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days to process

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that aren’t due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you get your desired costume as quickly as possible. For exchanges due to defective items, we’ll happily ship the replacement at no additional cost once we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective:

  • Sexy Costumes (intimate apparel items)
  • Opened makeup or accessory sets
  • Custom-made or altered costumes
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
