Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships!

Shipping Methods & Time

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during holiday seasons.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely thrilled with your costume purchase! If something isn’t perfect, our straightforward returns process ensures your magical experience continues.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Sexy Costumes and intimate apparel items
  • Opened makeup or accessory sets
  • Custom-made or altered costumes
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)

These items are specifically designed for close-fitting wear and cannot be resold once returned for non-defect reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely and include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in our email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days to process

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that aren’t due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you get your desired costume as quickly as possible.

For exchanges due to defective items, we’ll happily ship the replacement at no additional cost once we receive the returned item.
