We strive to display our costumes and accessories as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colors and details you see on your screen may vary slightly due to your monitor settings. Product descriptions are provided for your convenience, but Fun World Shop does not warrant that these descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s). We will send you an email confirming we’ve received your order. This is an order acknowledgment, not an acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at the time of order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases made on our site.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, holidays, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority! Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy applies, but here are the key points:

• Eligibility: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Sexy Costumes, intimate apparel, opened makeup/accessory sets, custom-made/altered costumes, or final sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not our error.
